JIANGSU PROVINCE
Jiangsu, with a population of 80 million, is a fertile ‘land of fish and rice’ since ancient times, is a province with a long history, abundant highlights and relatively developed economy. It is the birthplace of Wu Culture, a place where human beings inhabited more than 6,000 years ago.
This rich history rewards the area with a lot of cultural relics like Confucius Temple, the Qinhuai River, Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum, Dr. Sun Yat-sen’s Mausoleum, Daming Monastery and Nanshan Temple.
Located along the lower reaches of the Yangtze River, Jiangsu is a place of typical Jiangnan (south of the lower reaches of the Yangtze River) landscapes, represented by classical gardens and water townships.
It belongs to a transition zone from warm temperate zone to subtropical zone, featuring mild temperature and hot rainy season.
ZHEJIANG PROVINCE
Zhejiang, is one of the is one of China’s smallest and most densely populated provinces, with a population of 55 million. It is in an excellent geographical location as well as a developed and active economy.
Situated on China’s eastern coastal area and to the south of the Yangtze Delta, Zhejiang is the province with the most islands in China, with more than 3,000 islands along its coast. What’s more, it borders the modernized international metropolis, Shanghai, to the northeast, which can be easily reached either by bus or train. The region enjoys distinct seasons due to its subtropical geographic location. Every year, there is a rainy period from May to June. Sometimes from August to October typhoons attack this region. The average annual rainfall is 1,600 millimeters. Spring and autumn are the most pleasant months for travelers to visit.
In terms of tourism, it has boasted many attraction sites since ancient times. Its capital, Hangzhou, as a key national tourist city, is picturesque all year round. One of China’s most beautiful sites, West Lake, is located right in the heart of the city.
Some other must-see natural beauties include the No.1 Mountain in southeastern China, Mt. Yandang, the most elegant Thousand Islets Lake, and the famous Buddhist mountain, Tiantai Mountain, as well as others.
Furthermore, the sacred Chinese calligraphy place, Orchid Pavilion, the oldest private library in Asia, Tianyi Pavilion, the greatest water conservancy project in ancient China, Grand Canal, and ancient water towns like Xitang, Nanxun, Wuzhen and Xinshi, are all attraction sites that delight tourists who visit this region.
The province also enjoys a tremendous reputation in the long history of Chinese Buddhism. Temple of Soul’s Retreat is one of the ten most famous ancient Buddhist temples in China. Mt. Putuo is admired as the ‘Buddhist Kingdom on the Sea’.
In addition to those beautiful sites, there are many local specialties rewarding visitors both from home and abroad. The most famous ones are tea, silk, embroidery and the local Cuisine.

- Work hours and schedules: 8:00-4:30 Monday to Friday.

Due to work visa requirements, applicants must:
- Only native English speakers from the USA, UK, Canada, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.
- Bachelor Degree or above, the original document and its Apostille (make sure there is a word of“bachelor”on your certificate and the police clearance is valid at least 3 months from when you applied for it.)
- Teaching experience is not required.
- Applicants must be 21 – 45 years old.
- TESOL/TEFL certificate and it’s Apostille (at least 120H) or 2-years of related teaching experience (a recommendation letter is needed for the latter situation.
- Police check and it’s Apostille (the police clearance is valid at least 3 months from when you applied for it.
PLEASE NOTE: Tattoos are accepted must be covered during teaching. Unfortunately, our partner schools will not accept Hijabs/Headscarfs.
- Strictly implement the kindergarten daily schedule and the position detailed rules and regulations, following the law of children’s physical and mental development to achieve the combination of child care and teaching.
- According to the kindergarten curriculum projects, completing all kinds of teaching materials on time and preparing for the activities in advance (teaching plan, teaching aids, teaching focus and difficulty, etc.) to ensure the implementation of the plan.
- Be able to organize and use various ways and means to carry out teaching activities independently.
- Conduct scientific research according to the teacher’s own characteristics or difficulties in teaching. Taking the initiative to undertake related tasks and constantly improving their professional ability and quality.
- Keep daily communication with parents.
- Organize and manage the class activities.
- Focus on the combination of child care and teaching to cultivate children’s habits of good living, learning and behavior in kindergarten.
- Participate in all the activities in kindergarten.
