Teach in Vietnam

Vietnam has in recent years become another exceptionally popular destination for travellers to East Asia, due not only to its sub-tropical beauty, cultures and numerous attractions but also thanks to the fact that it offers both low cost living and extraordinary sightseeing opportunities.

Stunning Ha Long Bay with its unique limestone islands is one of Vietnam’s most famous attractions and alone worth choosing Vietnam as a teaching location, but it has plenty of competition from Vietnam’s beaches on the South China Sea coast, as well as truly stunningly beautiful countryside full of marvels, lush terraces and endless rice paddies, vibrant towns and villages – complete with friendly villagers in traditional dress.

TEFL teaching opportunities abound in this fascinating country, both full and part time, especially in Hoh Chi Minh City and Hanoi. Travel and accommodation are inexpensive, and beer and food are arguably cheaper than anywhere else in Southeast Asia.

The Dewey Schools is a pioneering system of International bilingual schools providing a world-class education that parents look for, students love, and staff are proud of. Their purpose is to empower and enable generations with necessary knowledge and skills to master world changes and be leaders that positively impact communities wherever they are. They currently have 19 campuses across Hanoi.

The Dewey Schools exemplify the designing of schools where a positive attitude towards learning and friendship is ignited in each student. The fundamental mission of the school is to cultivate the student’s character development and to serve the community with commitment. We highly value inquiry, impact and innovation in education, along with the focused vision and mission in creating the global influences.

The Dewey Schools inspire students to explore themselves and the potential opportunities in the world around them. They create the learning experiences with and for the students, connecting the essential skills to the real-world opportunities and the future possibilities. They believe that their students, the little people, do have big ideas, and they hope to empower them to make a difference in our world, now.
