James Patton – Thailand

I can’t begin to say how instrumental TEFL Graduate, but more specifically Carlos, has been to my trip here to Thailand. Working abroad was something I have always wanted to do, but was always worried about how difficult it might be to find work in a country far away. Carlos made this process painless for me, suggesting several companies that fitted my needs to live in Bangkok securely, and sticking with me every step of the way to make sure that everything between my company and I was understood. I always felt secure knowing that I had Carlos as a contact, so that if I ever had any issues over here I would have someone to guide me.

I have been teaching here in Bangkok now for a little over a month and everything is fitting perfectly into place. The people here are brilliant, the students are inquisitive and great fun, and there’s a bit to be said about the weather too! If there is someone out there reading my testimonial right now and you even have the slightest notion of teaching somewhere new, I say go for it. It’s a completely new experience and one that will stick with you for the rest of your life. Having someone like Carlos by your side takes away the stress and worry that comes with that.
