Monkey Tree was founded in 2009 with a single goal: provide a fun and immersive English environment for kids to learn English from professional english proficiency.
Since then, we’ve grown to having 48 centers in Hong Kong alone, with an additional 6 centers in China and Macau. With over 250 English teachers from all over the world, we are now one of the biggest and most trusted names in ELT in this region of the world. Our success and growth are all due to the consistent high quality of our teaching and management staff.

SALARY & BENEFITS:
- Average monthly salary over $3000 US dollars per month
- Paid work permit
- 5-day work week
- 30 teaching hours per week
- 1.5 hour lunch break
- 3 days per week: 9:30am-6:30pm/2 days per week: 9:30am-7:30pm
- 18 public holidays per year 10 annual leave days per year
ONGOING TRAINING:
Monkey Tree provides all of its teachers with a comprehensive two week training program. During this training program teachers will be introduced to the various classes offered at Monkey Tree and will be given the various tools and methods needed to effectively teach these lessons. Our teacher trainers are experienced teachers themselves who are passionate about teaching and who work diligently to create a positive and welcoming environment for all our new members.

REQUIREMENTS:
- English Speaker
- University Degree from an accredited English medium University (any discipline)
TEFL/TESOL or Celta (100 Hours min)
- Valid Passport
- Clear criminal record, both domestically and abroad
- Enthusiastic, flexible, passionate about teaching / education and dedicated
