TEFL organizacin operating for 20 years. Based in San Sebastin but running all year round different English language immersion programs in several regions all over the North of Spain. Teaching over 8,000 students per year.

Details of Position

We are looking for several native level English tutors and activity leaders to work in residential programmes that will be starting in April, finishing in June. The students will be Spanish teenagers aged 11-16. We will have a different group os students every week and all the activities will be dynamic and oral based.

The role entitles three different responsibilities within the programme: as a tutor (supervising activities and lesson work), as an activity leader (leading and organizing games and challenges) and as a monitor (controlling their free times and ensuring their wellbeing).

Tutors will have oral based activities in the morning and games, trips and challenges the rest of the day, working an average of 7 hours per day on a rota basis. They will also help them preparing a final project in groups as a closure for the program. Work from Sunday afternoon (19:00) to Saturday morning (10:00).

We are looking for responsible and active teachers interested in engaging and interacting with the teenagers, bearing in mind their age and interests.

It is important that they enjoy spending time with the kids and getting involved in the activities we carry out apart from the lesson teaching aspect of the program.


Academic and professional background as English teacher.
Clear DBS.
Native level English speaker.

Salary and Benefits

Salary: 360 euros NET for the week.
