INVALID VOUCHER CODE OR VOUCHER COMPANY

  • If you receive an invalid code message, please check that the letters and numbers are correct. Some characters look alike: the letter O and the number 0, the letter E and the number 6, the letter B and the number 8, the letter S and the number 5.
  • If you receive a Country Invalid message, please make sure you have selected the correct voucher country. For example, Groupon USA customers should select Groupon USA as the voucher company, not Groupon.
