GROUPON USA: The Redemption code you need to enter is an 8 letter code,  which can be found in your Groupon account.

If you experience any issues redeeming your voucher, please contact us directly at info@teflgraduate.com. Please do not contact Groupon, as they are unable to assist with technical or login issues.

Important: Please do not redeem more than one voucher on the same  PC/Tablet/Smartphone, without first clearing your browsing history before the 2nd redemption. Alternatively, you may redeem the 2nd voucher using a different web browser or device.

INVALID VOUCHER CODE OR VOUCHER COMPANY

  •  If you receive a invalid code message, please check that the letters and numbers are correct:The letter O could be the number 0 or vice-versa, E could be the number 6 or vice-versa, B could be the number 8 or vice-versa, S could be the number 5 or vice-versa.
  • If you receive Country Invalid message, please ensure you have selected the correct voucher country. Eg. Groupon USA customers should select the voucher company as Groupon USA not Groupon

If you are still having problems, please email a screenshot of the error message to info@teflgraduate.com with your voucher code and security code (only Groupon UK, Ireland and Quebec customers).
